The centre drives the strategy and roadmap for enterprise digital solutions, including core systems, cyber security, analytics, data governance, integration, and emerging technologies.

The service centre brings together architecture, delivery, and operational expertise to ensure digital solutions are aligned to enterprise standards while remaining practical, modern, and fit for purpose.
About the Opportunity
The Collaboration Analyst role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Audio Visual systems and Microsoft Teams telephony system and will be expected to diagnose and problem solve any issues that may arise. The role is also responsible for the implementation of AV systems and management of 3rd party contractors to deploy AV hardware across all major and satellite campuses. Additionally, the role is expected to be able to aid the senior coloration analyst and work individually on tasks when required.
You will join a team of skilled AV analysts. As a member you will be responsible for but not limited to:
The day to day ticket management and Incident resolutions for AV faults.
Management of the AV asset platform and CMDB.
The escalation point for Collaboration faults ranging from Audio visual faults in Teaching spaces to Team's Video Conferencing faults in all spaces
Remote support for Tier 1 IT staff
Minor works and deployment projects for new equipment.
Resolution of MS Teams telephony faults.
Liaising between departments and 3rd party contractors.
This role will work with the Senior Collaboration analysts to provide and maintain a working AV platform across all ECU teaching and Meeting spaces.
About you
You will be able to demonstrate:
At least three years hands on experience in similar IT technical/customer service role.
A Very Good understanding of configuring, administrating, and engineering Crestron/QSC product range and support tools.
A Good understanding of Q Sys Audio DSP's and the ability to troubleshoot Audio issues
A good understanding of configuring, administrating, and engineering of Microsoft Teams environments and devices.
A good understanding of enterprise networking including AV multicasting.
Experience in Audio Visual implementation or engineering, support, and design, preferably in an education environment.
Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills allowing for great teamwork, customer and contractor relations.
