UITS invites applicants for the IT Asset Management Developer (Applications Development Programmer Analyst III) position.
The IT Asset Management Developer, supporting ServiceNow, designs, builds, delivers, and maintains the technology solutions that support the University's Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) programs on the ServiceNow platform. Provides hands-on implementation expertise across the full asset lifecycle - procurement, deployment, normalization, reconciliation, and disposal - ensuring asset and license data is accurate, compliant, and actionable.
This role works in close partnership with the SACM Architect to keep asset records and CMDB configuration data aligned under the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and serves as the team's implementation-level subject matter expert for SAM and HAM.
This position is eligible for remote work within Arizona, subject to supervisor approval and department needs.
