IT Support Analyst
University of Greenwich - Digital Service Delivery is seeking an outstanding individual with an exceptional customer service approach to join the Digital Service Delivery team as an IT Support Analyst. The post holder will be responsible for providing frontline IT and AV support services to all university staff, students, and partners.
You will have a passion for customer service and be able to work with a wide range of users in a fast-paced demanding environment, either face-to-face, phone, email, or live chat. You will be responsible for ensuring all users receive excellent IT support.
The role involves supporting end users in resolving IT technical issues, responding to technical queries, and resolving problems in a timely manner. The post will be based at the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, with a requirement to work at the Avery Hill campus on a rotation basis regularly.
