The program adopts a strong interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral approach, integrating perspectives from education, psychology, health sciences, law, management, technology, and social policy. Students develop advanced scientific knowledge and leadership skills related to supporting individuals with disabilities, as well as the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based policies, practices, and systems across diverse institutional and social contexts.
The curriculum spans four academic semesters (120 ECTS) and combines theoretical training, applied research, academic coursework, professional skill development, and the preparation of a Master’s thesis.
The educational process is delivered entirely through distance learning methods, ensuring flexibility and accessibility through modern digital learning environments and evidence-based educational practices.
The program is addressed to graduates and professionals from relevant academic and professional fields, including education, psychology, health sciences, social work, law, public policy, administration, technology, and related disciplines.
Graduates are prepared for leadership and specialist roles in education, healthcare, social services, policy development, research, academia, public administration, NGOs, and international organizations.
The LEADS program emphasizes international collaboration, evidence-based practice, accessibility, inclusion, innovation, and social impact, aiming to educate professionals capable of contributing to meaningful systemic change in contemporary societies.
