Organization Profile: IIT Hyderabad is one among the 2nd generation of IITs started by the Govt. of India. Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Funding Agency: DRDO

Nature of work: Transistor level circuit design, analog layout in IC technology, PCB design and testing etc.

Duration: Three years (03)

Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent with more than 70% marks or equivalent CGPA. Valid GATE score is essential

Fellowship: Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA for first two years, then Rs 42,000/- per month + HRA after conversion to SRF based on evaluation
