"Junior Research Fellow"

Applications are invited for ONE post of Junior Research Fellow, as per fellowship and qualifications mentioned below, in a Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB) sponsored project entitled "Magnetoelectric Spin-orbit (MESO) logic for the energy-efficient, beyond CMOS computing applications" (Project Code: EEQ/2022/000984) sanctioned for the period of 02 years. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Fellowship: Rs. 37,000 + HRA@16% per month for one year & Rs. 42,000 + HRA@16% per month for third year

Essential Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Physics/Material Science/Electronics (or) MTech in Material Science (or) equivalent with minimum of 55% marks.

Desirable Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates having strong basics, experimental skills, prior research experience, and CSIR-NET/GATE qualification. Such candidates get full fellowship as per the norms.

Starting of the Project: Immediately

Note: The candidate will get exposure and opportunity to work in the laboratories at IISc, IITs and DRDO along with the parent institution.
