"Laboratories Coordinator"

Are you a passionate graduate with laboratory experience? University Centre Sparsholt invites you to join us as a Laboratory Coordinator, a role pivotal to the effective and safe operation of our cutting-edge laboratories. These include the newly established University Science Labs, Agritech Lab, the innovative Vertical Growing Research Facility, and the College Labs.

As Laboratory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards within our laboratories. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, assist in the preparation and setup of laboratory experiments and practical sessions, and provide support to both students and academic staff during teaching and research. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, you will collaborate with the academic team to develop and improve laboratory procedures and protocols.

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual who works well both independently and as part of a friendly team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree and experience working in a laboratory setting, strong organisational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
