Laundry Worker 2
As the Laundry Worker 2 for Auxiliary Facilities Services, you will work under general supervision to lead subordinate laundry workers on a regular basis or take primary responsibility for coordinating and completing laundry activities.
Percentage Breakdown of Job Functions:
- 70% Laundry Duties
- 15% Custodial Responsibilities
- 10% Lead Responsibilities
- 5% Other Duties
Additional Information:
This is a full-time (100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.
Monthly Salary: $3,262 to $4,320 | Range 36 Steps A - M

Required Qualifications:
- Six months of experience as a Laundry Worker 1 or equivalent, in a large commercial or large institutional laundry. Completion of a training course in laundry operations may substitute for three months of required experience; OR equivalent education/experience.
- Must have, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver's license and meet requirements in accordance with SPPM 7.10 and departmental driving standards.
