The Campus Operator is knowledgeable of the campus community, programs and services, and other campus-related events.

Other Work/Responsibilities:

• Campus Operator is responsible for receiving packages, sorting and distributing mail, processing parking permits.
• Maintains calendar and scheduling appointments, reporting building issues
• Assists with campus operator training and prepares monthly team schedule based on supervisor's direction
• General office support duties will be assigned as needed.

Minimum Experience/Education: High School Diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated telephone techniques such as ability to initiate conference phone calls and forward calls as appropriate
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail
• Must have a proven track record of exceptional dependability and punctuality
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to train new co-workers
