The Lead Childcare Teacher plays a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. This position is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate daily activities aligned with the Creative Curriculum, utilizing diverse teaching techniques to foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
