About the role
As a Learning Developer, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to helping students develop the skills they need to thrive during their studies and beyond. You’ll design and deliver engaging academic study skills training, both in-person and online, through timetabled sessions and our wider skills development programme.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Contribute to the creation of self-led online learning materials, topics include academic writing, critical thinking, group work, exam preparation, organisation, and note-taking essential skills for university life and future careers.
- Gather feedback and data from your activities to support a culture of continuous improvement across the service.

Position 1:
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
Position 2:
This is a part-time position working 18.5 hours per week on a permanent basis.
