About the Position

Reporting to the General Manager, People Experience, this all-rounder Learning & Development Partner role is based on campus to design, develop and deliver high-impact learning that builds a future-ready workforce. You will join a small team within a newly formed function focused on enhancing the staff experience at Bond, across Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent Management and Staff Engagement. Partnering closely with the GM, you will translate needs into practical, evidence-based learning that strengthens capability, confidence and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop learning solutions: Create accessible, engaging multi-modal learning content and practical resources using Articulate 360, and standard contemporary tools (eg, appropriate AI tools) to lift engagement and accessibility.
  • Capability uplift: Support formulating capability frameworks and structured learning pathways aligned to role/level requirements and future-ready skills.
  • Program/project coordination, evaluation, and reporting: Coordinate the end-to-end of program/project activities and logistics (timelines, dependencies, quality delivery) and track participation and impact, analysing feedback/data and reporting insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Workshop delivery: Facilitate bespoke / ad hoc workshops/sessions across in-person and online formats.
  • Stakeholder partnering: Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders on projects and learning initiatives, ranging from translating policy/legislation into practical training and converting bespoke topics into applied soft-skills learning / practical resources for managers and staff.

About the person

You are an organised, proactive and self-driven organisational L&D professional who enjoys variety and being hands-on in delivering learning that genuinely helps staff do their work well. You build trusted relationships, communicate with clarity, and bring a calm, solutions-focused approach in a busy environment. Grounded in evidence and strengths-based practice, you are naturally curious and committed to continual learning, using what you learn, along with feedback and data, to refine experiences that build capability and confidence in others.

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, L&D or related discipline, and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (essential)
  • 5+ years’ organisational L&D experience (staff-focused; not education/academic teaching)
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver adult learning content and professional support resources, across face-to-face, virtual and digital modalities (with compliance and capability/soft skills)
  • Experience designing workshops for staff, professional learning pathways, bringing together development programs and partnering on capability building projects
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake training needs analysis, evaluation and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (confident in writing and facilitating)
  • Practical skills in Articulate 360, contemporary digital tools, and Microsoft 365
  • Professional presence with strong stakeholder engagement and ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. 

Salary details

The salary range for this full-time position is $96,222 to $110,164 per annum, commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience, plus 12% superannuation.
