"Lecturer and Senior Lecturer in Infocomm Technology"

The Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) is Singapore’s first University of Applied Learning. Our mission is to maximise the potential of our learners and to innovate with industry through an integrated applied learning and research approach.

The Infocomm Technology (ICT) Cluster is the largest cluster in SIT by student intake. It moulds professionals in areas such as information security, computer science, software engineering, and AI. We invite applications for Lecturer and Senior Lecturer positions focused on teaching and student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and conduct teaching assignments for undergraduate, graduate, and continuous education programs.
• Develop teaching materials and applied learning experiences relevant to industry needs.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career development.
• Supervise student projects.
• Contribute to curriculum design and program improvement.
• Participate in educational initiatives to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:

• A PhD or Master’s degree in relevant fields like Computer Science or AI from a reputable university.
• Strong passion for teaching and student engagement, with interest in modern pedagogies.
• Demonstrated teaching excellence or industry-based experience.
• Strong communication skills; industry experience is an advantage.
