seven masters programmes: Applied Electronics and Informatics, Medical Electronics and Informatics, Electric Vehicle Propulsion and Control, Information and Computer Systems Engineering, Advanced Integrated Technologies in Automotive Electronics, Intelligent Systems and Artificial Vision, Advanced Techniques for Digital Imaging. All bachelor and masters programmes coordinated by the department of Applied Electronics and Information Engineering are accredited by the Romanian Agency of Quality Ensurance in Higher Education, while the Applied Electronics in the English language study programme is also EUR-ACE certified.
The open position requires teaching activities (course, laboratory, seminary and project lectures) for the following subjects: Artificial Intelligence (Romanian), Computer Programming and Programming Languages 1 (Romanian language), Computer Programming and Programming Languages 3 – Python Project (Romanian language), Techniques for Analysis and Automatic Classification of Information (Romanian Language). Alongside the teaching activities, the candidate is required to undertake research activities and other administrative tasks, as required by the department, who will provide access to the existing research and teaching infrastructure.

Skills/Qualifications
The candidate must have a Ph.D. in the engineering field. The candidate must have a pedagogical certificate or must undertake a pedagogical course withing 3 years of employment. The candidate should have good communication skils, technical and teaching abilities, strong computer operating skills, as well as a strong interest for advanced research in fields related to the position. Most of the teaching activities will be held in the Romanian language, but some courses will be thought in English, so the candidate must possess very good Romanian knowledge (speaking, reading and writing).
