Lecturer - Health Program
The Department of Psychological, Health, and Learning Sciences (PHLS) in the College of Education at the University of Houston offers three undergraduate tracks for the Bachelor of Science in Health: 1) Allied Health; 2) Health Promotion; and 3) Public Health. PHLS has occasional openings for temporary, part-time lecturers. Lecturer appointments are made on a semester basis, but may be renewed by PHLS as needed. We welcome applicants with experience in health-related teaching, research, and/or service positions. Our university is located in the heart of Houston, Texas, the nation’s fourth largest city. This metropolitan area offers scholars rich urban and suburban environments in which to work and live.

Qualifications Masters or other advanced degree in health-related fields.
