Your opportunity
As a Lecturer in Anatomy and Physiology within the Faculty of Health, you will be central to shaping and delivering foundational units that engage more than 1,300 students annually across multiple health disciplines. This is a high impact teaching role with strong influence over curriculum design, student experience and academic quality.
You will make an impact by:
- Delivering engaging, contemporary high-quality teaching in anatomy and physiology across face-to-face, blended and online modes, supporting diverse cohorts of students.
- Leading curriculum design and renewal, including the redesign, evaluation and continuous improvement of units and learning resources.
- Embedding innovative digital and learning technologies, including contemporary tools and platforms (e.g. augmented and immersive learning approaches) to enhance the student experience.
- Contributing to a collaborative academic culture, working closely with colleagues, supporting sessional staff, and engaging in scholarship, service and professional activities.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A PhD, or considerable progress towards completion of your PhD, in a related discipline
- Strong capability with educational technologies and digital teaching tools or a willingness to learn
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching anatomy and physiology in a contemporary university setting
- Experience in curriculum design, implementation and evaluation that improves student learning outcomes
- Adaptability to teach and manage large, multi-disciplinary student cohorts

Your opportunity is:
- Full-time, continuing (permanent)
- Located at either Gold Coast, QLD 4225, Lismore, NSW 2480 or Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450. Relocation assistance is available, making it easier to join our regional communities.
- ACAD Level B. The base salary ranges from $114,482 - $135,392 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $158,409.
