Lecturer in Fashion Marketing
Regent’s School of Arts and Culture is inviting applications for the role of Lecturer in Fashion Marketing. This is a full-time post, suitable for an academically ambitious candidate with specialist knowledge of consumer behaviour, cultural insight, and marketing innovation to contribute to an innovative and future-focused curriculum on the BA (Hons) Fashion Marketing program.
The successful candidate will deliver research-informed teaching focused on emerging consumer trends, strategic marketing, and evolving cultural and commercial landscapes within the fashion and creative industries. They will support students in the development of strategic marketing concepts, industry projects, contemporary industry engagement and academic research methods.
Teaching areas may include:
- Consumer behaviour and contemporary consumption culture
- Fashion marketing strategy and communication
- Consumer insight, emerging trends, and future market shifts
- Research methods and strategic analysis
- Branding, innovation, and market positioning
- Industry-led and collaborative project development
To be successful, you will have:
- A relevant academic qualification (bachelor’s degree and master’s degree) and teaching experience in higher education.
- Industry experience within fashion marketing, branding, consumer insight, or cultural research.
- Confidence and experience in using digital tools to enrich teaching and learning, and the ability to support the diverse educational needs of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, support, and inspire students.
- A commitment to inclusive, innovative, and research-informed teaching practice.
