Washington University in St. Louis invites applications for a full-time Lecturer in the Department of Romance Languages and Literature. The position will be responsible for teaching French language and literature courses in a classroom setting to undergraduate students, including developing multi-media teaching materials and developing and participating in student engagement programs. The position will be responsible for effectively teaching courses, serving as course coordinators overseeing graduate students, advising and mentoring students, and participating in department governance and university service. A Master’s degree in French or closely related field (or foreign equivalent) is required. Must be fluent in French to effectively teach French language and literature courses.
