- Remuneration: $137,608 to $163,427 pa (LEVB) (inclusive of $116,280 to $138,097 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
- Location: Gardens Point (hybrid option available)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Lecturer (Investigations and Intelligence) to join School of Justice, Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice.
The School of Justice is internationally renowned for criminology and justice education and research, offering a range of undergraduate, honours and graduate certificate options for study. The staff are also members of the QUT Centre for Justice, a think tank for producing applied solutions for a better world. The school has a strong research culture including current DECRA ARC award holders and a number of staff leading ARC projects and other research grants.

What you need to succeed
- Completion of a doctoral qualification in a social science field relevant to the School’s teaching and research.
- Record of quality research and scholarly publications in fields relevant to the QUT Centre for Justice.
- Demonstrated awareness of contemporary global trends in the fields of investigations, intelligence and justice and ability to embed innovative approaches to learning and teaching.
- Proven ability to contribute to a high performance and collaborative culture, with a demonstrated commitment to collegiality.
- Capability of supervising HDR students.
- Record of, or capacity to, contribute to administration in a University or professional setting and to interact within these settings.
Desirable
- Ability to teach into all majors in the Bachelor of Justice.
