DESCRIPTION (topic, expectations, comments):
The competition is open to individuals who meet the requirements specified in the Act of July 20, 2018. Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended) and in accordance with the applicable Statute of the University of Kalisz.
I. Requirements for candidates (statutory and statutory requirements that the candidate must meet):
- Academic title/Degree/Professional title:
- Master's degree – studies in public health with a focus on emergency medicine;
- First-cycle studies in emergency medical services.
- Documented academic achievements in the field or discipline of science to which the candidate's main academic achievements are to relate (does not apply to teaching positions): - not applicable.
- Specification of the candidate's required teaching or professional experience (does not apply to research positions): - Experience in independently conducting teaching for a period of no less than three years.
- Employment will be based on a fixed-term, full-time employment contract with an annual teaching load of 360 hours (in the case of employment after the beginning of the academic year, the teaching load is set at 1/30 of the annual teaching load specified for the position for each week in which classes are conducted at the university).
- The University of Kalisz will be the candidate's primary place of employment, within the meaning of the Act, after employment.
- An interview may be conducted.
II. Required documents:
- Application for employment addressed to the Rector.
- Professional curriculum vitae containing information on scientific and organizational achievements, information on the direction of the candidate's future activities, a list of publications, and other relevant information.

- Copies of diplomas confirming education.
- Employment certificates from completed periods of employment.

III. Applications should be submitted to the Human Resources Department, 62-800 Kalisz, Plac W. Bogusławskiego 2, room B102. The deadline for submitting documents is October 9, 2026, by 12:00 PM.
IV. Information on the competition results and the justification will be published no later than 14 days after the deadline for submitting applications on the University's website. The University does not provide housing, but does provide accommodation in its own hotel facilities. The University reserves the right to reject the competition without providing a reason. The competition result does not constitute employment, but rather serves as a recommendation to the Rector in this regard. The final decision on employment is made by the Rector.
