Your New Role!
We are seeking 2 x Lecturer of Nursing to join our team. The roles are primarily based at the Mandurah campus; however, successful applicants will be required to undertake teaching at the South Street campus, with time split between both locations as determined by teaching and operational needs.
As a Lecturer in Nursing (Level B), you will contribute to the development of scholarly research and professional expertise aligned with contemporary nursing practice and education. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs, while also contributing to service and administrative activities within the College and University.
Key responsibilities include:
Contributing to teaching across the Discipline of Nursing through the preparation and delivery of lectures, tutorials, seminars, practical and simulation‑based teaching, workshops, assessment, and student supervision.
Actively engaging in curriculum development, teaching quality, and educational innovation, working collaboratively with students and colleagues to enhance nursing education and learning outcomes.
Providing academic guidance and advice to undergraduate, postgraduate, and higher degree by research students, and fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments that engage a diverse student cohort.

This Continuous| Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $113K – $134K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

What you’ll bring to the role:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Master’s degree relevant to the appointment, or equivalent experience meeting AQF Level 9 outcomes.
Experience in nursing education, with positive student and colleague feedback.
Commitment to evidence‑based teaching and contemporary nursing pedagogy.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.
