General Requirements: A strong commitment to undergraduate teaching is essential and is in keeping with the needs and mission of the School of Music.

Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties: Teach courses in the core music theory curriculum (music theory/sight-singing/ear-training).

Educational Requirements for the Position (Faculty Positions Only): Doctorate in Music Theory preferred, candidates with a Master's degree in Music Theory will be considered.

Experience Required for the Position (Faculty Positions Only): Experience teaching at the University level in core music theory curriculum.
