About the Opportunity: Successful candidates will join the Sydney Horizon Educators cohort, focusing on teaching and learning design, delivery, and evaluation. They will contribute to research in their discipline and engage in governance and leadership within their school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead educational innovation, curriculum design, and review.
• Design and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
• Develop teaching materials and maintain safety requirements.
• Contribute to research on teaching and learning in your discipline.
• Engage in school governance and leadership.

Faculty-Specific Positions:

• Engineering and Computing Education: Co-lead research in engineering education pedagogy and teach relevant units.
• School of Project Management: Teach topics like legal aspects of projects, contract management, and procurement. Candidates with a legal background are prioritized.
• School of Aerospace, Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering: Teach aeronautical engineering topics and manage large enrollments.
• School of Computer Science: Teach and coordinate computer science units, focusing on student experience and educational innovation.

About You: Candidates should have a PhD in a relevant field, experience in teaching and assessment, a track record of research outputs, and strong interpersonal skills. Senior Lecturers and Associate Professors need demonstrated leadership in education and research.
