The University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) is expanding its Engineering programs, research impact, and industry connections, and we’re looking for passionate educators and researchers to grow with us. We’re currently recruiting for two ongoing academic roles to support gender diversity in engineering:

• Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Renewable Energy Engineering
• Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Civil Engineering

You will: deliver engaging, high-quality teaching that inspires and supports diverse student cohorts; lead or contribute to innovative curriculum design and program coordination; pursue impactful research with relevance to sustainability, industry needs, and emerging engineering challenges; build and nurture meaningful connections with industry, government, and community partners; contribute actively to academic leadership, governance, and collaboration within the School and University; and support an inclusive, positive, and student-centred learning environment.

About you: You’re passionate about engineering and education, eager to inspire and support the next generation of engineers. You bring expertise in your discipline and a genuine commitment to making an impact through teaching, research, and industry engagement. You thrive in collaborative environments, value diversity and inclusion, and believe different perspectives drive innovation.

Salary: Level B $114,751 - $136,143 or Level C $140,415 - $161,809 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation. Full-time, ongoing appointments.
