As a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Professional Practice and Veterinary Biosciences, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program at the Melbourne Veterinary School. Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver Engaging Curriculum: Conduct tutorials, lectures, and workshops, and design assessment tasks that align with the DVM curriculum.
- Lead by Example: Uphold university values, foster excellence in teaching, and actively support research and teaching initiatives.
- Provide Academic Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to students, enhancing their learning experience and professional development.
- Contribute to School Activities: Participate in administrative functions and engage in events to promote student and community engagement.

Level B $124,656 - $148,023 per annum plus 17% super
Level C $152,695 - $176,065 per annum plus 17% super
You may be a great fit if:
You are a dedicated veterinary professional with a passion for teaching, possessing excellent communication and organisational skills, and a collaborative approach to enhancing veterinary education.
You also have:
- Have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, or equivalent degree.
- Demonstrate experience in teaching and designing assessments within a DVM curriculum.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong organisational skills to manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Have experience in online teaching platforms and subject coordination.
