The Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) office at CU Boulder is searching for a Licensed Counselor and Couple and Family Specialist! This position provides counseling (individuals, couples, and families) to employees of the university and is expected to demonstrate utmost care, respect, and integrity to clients, and towards team members and campus partners. This position carries out administrative responsibilities appropriate to client care and functioning as a team member.

The incumbent should be able to communicate to clients and colleagues non-judgmentally, respectfully, and motivationally. Successful application of this role and its responsibilities recognizes the effects discrimination, prejudice, bias, and systemic oppression has on marginalized individuals and groups, and how these negative biases may lead to psychological trauma and stress that impact relationships and family systems.
