Required Education and Experience for the Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
Required Certifications and Licenses for the Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Oklahoma or able to obtain within 90 days of hire date in the position.
- Registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications.

Required Education and Experience for the Senior Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- 24 months experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Required Certifications and Licenses for the Senior Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Oklahoma.
- Registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
