The Opportunity

Join us as a Senior Business Systems & Reporting Analyst Specialist and take a leading role in transforming our People & Culture systems. Collaborate with functional managers, IT, Insights & Analytics, and other departments to offer invaluable support and innovative solutions across our HR systems. Bring your expertise to the forefront as you drive enhancements in reporting capabilities, elevate system performance, and streamline business processes. Dive into analysing and identifying opportunities for system improvements and technical solutions to amplify the impact and effectiveness of our People & Culture systems.

You will

  • drive the advancement and implementation of innovative HR systems enhancements;
  • offer expert advice on a wide array of HRIS and payroll system matters to key stakeholders;
  • analyse and uncover opportunities for system maintenance and technical improvements to boost the effectiveness of our People & Culture systems; and
  • ensure our practices adhere to the latest legislation, policies, and procedures for optimal compliance

About you

You're a proactive problem solver who thrives on addressing business challenges and delivering impactful solutions. Your expertise in managing system upgrades, developing test plans, and enhancing business processes ensures our HR systems run smoothly. You're skilled at turning data into actionable insights and providing functional support on digital and web technologies. With a collaborative spirit, you work seamlessly with cross functional teams, offering expert advice on sensitive information management and supporting key surveys. Representing our team on committees and projects, you bring enthusiasm and knowledge to every task, ensuring our systems and processes are both compliant and exceptional.

You will possess:

  • Expertise in configuring, managing, and enhancing the PeopleSoft HR System, with a focus on system design and process optimisation.
  • Advanced analytical skills in scoping, developing, and deploying HRIS and Payroll system solutions.
  • Skilled in preparing system specifications, conducting user needs analysis, and creating comprehensive documentation for system details, business processes, and training requirements.
  • Proficient in eliciting and analysing requirements, and in communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable about legislative frameworks relevant to staff management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, collaborating iteratively with stakeholders to explore business improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing institutional reporting systems using SQL and other data extraction tools to support decision-making.
