Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following time-limited position: Maintenance Technician Intern in the Department of Parking & Transportation Services.

Required Qualifications: High School Graduate or GED and related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with general vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assists in preforming inspections.
• Performs trouble shooting of equipment.
• Services and repairs on equipment.
• Assists with delivering and setup and take down of road signs.
• Performs general maintenance for Parking and Transportation Services.

Time-limited position with benefits. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university. (TL5723/NS01370P)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of diesel and gas vehicles.
