Job Description:

This is an AFSCME unit position and is subject to the terms of the current AFSCME collective bargaining agreement.

Salary: Grade 11, Step 7 - $2,030.11 bi-weekly (Annual Salary: $52,782.86)

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Key responsibilities include installing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing food service equipment; assisting in installation and repair of refrigeration and heating units; performing preventative maintenance; and other duties as required.

Requirements:

Minimum Entrance Qualifications: At least two years of full-time experience in food service equipment maintenance, carpentry, woodworking, or cabinetmaking work, or equivalent substitution with a diploma or certificate.

Required knowledge and skills in equipment maintenance, safety practices, tools, and physical abilities including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.
