Bachelor's Degree in related discipline 3 years of Payroll, Accounting or Human Resource experience Experience with auditing and reconciling payroll records Experience with Microsoft Excel Ability to understand and explain complex concepts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills Experience using SAP for payroll Experience with SAP ad hoc reporting Experience with student payroll Experience with higher education Experience working in a collective bargaining environment Experience with diverse populations
