Job Title/Designation: Manager – Facilities & Administration
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee and manage the overall administration of our institution/organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Housekeeping, Estate, Security, and Hospitality services effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate all administrative activities for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Monitor facilities, infrastructure, and support services to maintain efficiency.
- Lead and motivate the administration team to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Management/Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in administration/estates management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure with professionalism.
