As Manager, Graduate Recruitment at NUS-ISS, you will be accountable for driving measurable growth in applications and enrolments across graduate programmes. You will lead with a performance mindset, owning the full recruitment funnel from outreach to conversion through data-informed strategies, targeted campaigns, and corporate engagement. This role demands a strong focus on outcomes, agility, and collaboration, particularly within the Singapore and Southeast Asia markets.

Job Description

1. Recruitment Performance

  • Deliver against annual and quarterly enrolment targets with clear accountability for each stage of the recruitment funnel.
  • Maintain or improve conversion benchmarks (lead-to-application, application-to-enrolment) through continuous funnel optimization.
  • Provide real-time performance tracking and actionable insights using analytics tools.

2. Outreach Impact

  • Execute a defined number of high-conversion outreach events per quarter, with post-event ROI analysis.
  • Generate a sustainable pipeline of qualified leads through data-driven campaigns and targeted messaging.
  • Maintain a performance calendar of outreach activities with measurable engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Assist with logistical and administrative arrangements for all recruitment, outreach events and campaigns.

3. Corporate Engagement

  • Engage and support both local and international Business Development teams to promote stackable pathways and sponsored enrolments.
  • Build and grow strategic partnerships with HR and L&D teams to support talent development pipelines.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Ensure message consistency and strategic alignment across Programme Chiefs, Marketing, Admissions, and Business Development.
  • Provide market intelligence to inform programme positioning and new offerings.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional performance reviews, presenting recruitment insights and improvement plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in recruitment, marketing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding enrolment or sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong data fluency and hands-on experience with CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • Persuasive communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
  • Highly accountable, with a strong sense of ownership, a bias for action, and a willingness to support team when needed.
  • Growth-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strategic thinker who can align cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes while contributing as a dependable team player.
