Job Summary:
The Manager of Academic Program Compliance oversees academic program approval processes supporting faculty, department chairs, deans through the process and liaises with Student Records, Financial Aid, Advising, and Marketing to prepare updates to the catalog, website, and other materials. The position serves as the primary contact and subject matter expert for program approval processes to ensure compliance with Colorado Community College System (CCCS), state, and federal agencies and works with the Accreditation Liaison Officer to maintain compliance with the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). The position manages Perkins Grant implementation supporting Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs as well as CTE compliance reporting. The position also supports other academic program compliance reporting including, but not limited to, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) reporting and Statewide Articulation Reciprocity Agreement reporting. The position reports to the Dean of Academic Operations and Compliance.
