What you will get to do:
- Manage, advise, and enhance workflows related to staffing, onboarding, and various business processes in Workday.
- Manage the college’s visa process, including OPT and H1-B candidates/employees.
- Advise on the budgeting process, making recommendations, and pulling reports as necessary.
- Meet with employees and managers to resolve issues or advise on procedures and policies governing disciplinary actions and other employee relations matters.
- Work on a small team with an emphasis on innovation and creativity with a strong commitment to the College’s mission of preparing our students for the better performance of life’s duties.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years working in Human Resources
- 2+ years of direct experience with Workday HCM and/or Recruiting
- HR-related credentials, which could include Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or related field), SHRM-CP, PHR/SPHR
- Experience in various HR functions such as Employment & Labor Law, Employee Relations, Training & Development, HRIS Systems and Data Management, Performance Management Processes, Policy Development and Implementation
- Excellent computer skills including experience with running reports and data manipulation in Excel
