Manager, Women's Basketball Creative Media (Athletics)

This position will primarily focus on social media management for digital and online platforms for the University of Arizona Women's Basketball programs. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, effective written and verbal communication, initiative, and the ability to work confidently with digital tools.
This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop digital content and programming for the University of Arizona Women's Basketball program.
- Oversee digital content and programming for team platforms and Head Coach including but not limited to recruiting platforms.
- Develop overall strategy to enhance digital recruitment of prospective student-athletes.
- Work with Creative Services Team to ensure an annual branding strategy is followed and executed.
- Manage the content creation for recruiting presentations for coaching staff.
- Attend all Arizona Women's basketball games (home, away, neutral) and all events; traveling with the team to enhance social media interaction.
- Manage the creation of video content and strategy for all recruiting platforms, team events, and head coach platforms.
- Organize and provide monthly analytics related to digital media content impact.
- Create effective metrics and goals to measure growth, reach, and impact of content in identified audiences and geographic areas.
- Work effectively in a team setting and collaborate with colleagues across roles.
- Budget accountability.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and familiarity with media trends and platforms.
- Knowledge of NCAA and Big-12 Conference rules and compliance related to this position.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to frequent interruptions.
- Ability to lead and support projects that add value to the department.
- Meticulous attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- One (1) year of creative media experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive according to the University Fleet Safety Policy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three or more years of creative media experience.
- Experience producing creative media content at the Power-4 level.
