Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting individuals to join Te Kauhanganui Tātai Ture - Faculty of Law as part of our fixed-term pool of Markers for the 2026 academic year.
Key responsibilities:
- Mark law assignments and exams using the provided marking guides.
- Attending the relevant training and meetings as required.
- Providing clear and constructive feedback when required.
- Ensure the timely completion of marking related tasks.
Ō pūmanawa - About you
You will be passionate about legal education and have a great eye for attention to details.
Key requirements:
- High level of academic achievement at LLB/LLB (Hons) level or higher.
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Previous marking or tutoring experience is an advantage.
