Are you an ambitious strategic marketing and commercial leader with the vision, commercial acumen and influence to help shape the next chapter of Cambridge Judge Business School's success? If so, we would love to hear from you.

About the role:

As Marketing and Commercial Director, you will provide strategic leadership and hold School-wide accountability for the direction and performance of marketing, brand, student recruitment, digital engagement and customer experience. Using market intelligence, customer insight and commercial analysis, you will advise the Dean and senior leaders on growth opportunities, portfolio performance, investment priorities and commercial risk.

This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape the School's integrated marketing function, establishing its capabilities and ways of working while bringing together the expertise and activity that already exist across the School. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, driving innovation in digital marketing, CRM, automation and AI-enabled customer engagement while embedding a data-driven, customer-centred culture across the School.

About you:

We are looking for an accomplished senior leader with:

  • Significant experience leading integrated marketing and commercial functions within complex organisations.
  • A proven track record of enhancing brand reputation, customer engagement and commercial performance.
  • Strong strategic and commercial judgement, underpinned by data and insight.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading through collaboration rather than direct authority.
  • Expertise in digital transformation, including CRM, marketing automation and AI-enabled marketing.
  • A passion for developing high-performing teams and building strategic partnerships.
  • Experience within a globally focused, reputation-led environment; experience in higher education, business education or international recruitment markets would be advantageous.
