What You Will Do: The Marketing and Enrollment Operations Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and project support to the Marketing and Enrollment Management teams. This role ensures day-to-day operational efficiency, supports strategic initiatives through data, budgeting, and reporting, and serves as a key coordinator across internal stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced higher education environment. Essential Responsibilities Operational & Administrative Support Manage department calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, events, and planning sessions Maintain organized records, shared drives, and documentation for marketing and enrollment initiatives Serve as a central point of contact for operational questions and coordination across teams Project & Workflow Management Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for marketing and enrollment projects Support cross-functional initiatives involving admissions, recruitment, communications, academic units, and student services Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency Presentation & Reporting Support Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership, planning meetings, and executive briefings Compile and synthesize data, metrics, and narrative content into clear, audience-appropriate materials Support reporting related to enrollment, marketing performance, and operational outcomes Budget & Financial Support Assist with development, tracking, and reconciliation of marketing and enrollment budgets Monitor expenditures, process invoices, and coordinate with finance on purchasing and payments Prepare budget reports, forecasts, and summaries for leadership review Support annual planning and budgeting cycles Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 2 years of administrative, operations, or project support experience (preferably in higher education) Demonstrated experience supporting budgets, financial tracking, or purchasing processes, preferred Strong proficiency in Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Handles multiple assignments and priorities yet still fulfills all commitments. Readily accepts new responsibilities and adapts well to changes in procedures. Gives appropriate priorities to various work demands.
