MBA Careers Manager
The UCL Global Business School for Health (GBSH) at UCL East campus is an innovative business school preparing future healthcare leaders to disrupt and reimagine global health systems. GBSH is dedicated to training and developing the next generation of leaders in the global health economy by building on UCL’s tradition of cross-disciplinary academic excellence in education and research. GBSH develops talent from all sectors – policy makers, technologists and entrepreneurs – to challenge conventional thinking, to improve health outcomes and address health inequalities worldwide.
The successful candidate will lead the School’s dedicated MBA Careers provision, including for students studying, or alumni who have studied, UCL MBA Health and the UCL Executive MBA Health. You will be responsible for delivering all the Careers Consultant elements aligned with the MBA programmes, to support students through their careers journey and achieve their immediate and long-term career ambitions.
The ideal candidate requires the ability to build and sustain professional relationships with stakeholders including academic staff, students and the wider UCL Careers Team, with effective oral and written communication. You will need confidence, experience and a global perspective to relate to senior executive-level MBA students, as well as experience in coaching individuals through career changes.
