Representative Duties

The Agriculture Department at Bakersfield College offers programs in agriculture business, animal science, mechanized agriculture, crop and plant sciences, and emerging agricultural technologies. Faculty work with industry partners to ensure curriculum is current and aligned with workforce needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree(s) or higher and two years of professional experience OR Associate degree(s) and six years of professional experience. OR the equivalent. A demonstrated sensitivity to students with diverse academic, socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds and students with disabilities.
