The Mentor plays a key role in supporting the professional growth and development of in-service, conditionally licensed teachers during their field experiences in a special education environment. This individual serves as a liaison between CCBC and partner schools, providing mentorship and feedback based on evaluating candidates teaching performance in accordance with program and state licensure requirements.
