Metal and Silversmithing Adjunct Professor
Position Summary
Johnson County Community College is searching for an Adjunct to teach at least one section of Metal and Silversmithing-I in the Fall semester of 2026, with potential additional class assignments in the future.
Required Qualifications
- MFA in Metalsmithing
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of teaching experience at a college level.
- Demonstrated exhibition record or record of relevant field experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary and traditional approaches to Metalsmithing.
- Knowledge and familiarity with Metalsmithing studio equipment, techniques and processes.
- Ability to work with students of varying skill levels.
