Undergoing a rigorous, empirically backed inquiry of mindful approaches to organizational effectiveness, you will emerge from this Mind-Body Medicine - Mindful Leadership course at Saybrook University with the knowledge of what it takes to be a reflective, mindful leader, one who possesses the capacity to guide others through complex challenges.You’ll learn remedies to address increasing levels of burnout, loss of engagement, and compassion fatigue.
