The Boston University School of Social Work is looking for an MSW Virtual Supervisor to support students across all BUSSW MSW programs (Online, On-Campus, and Off-Campus) and U.S. time zones. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide group supervision and individual contact to MSW students during their practicum placements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CSWE competencies and social work practice skills, demonstrated success in supervising students or practitioners in diverse settings, and the ability to foster professional growth through an anti-oppressive and reflective supervision framework.
Required Skills
MSW from a CSWE-accredited program. Minimum of 2 years post-MSW professional experience. Please submit a cover letter with your application
