The Network Administrator is an entry-level technical position responsible for assisting in the monitoring, maintenance, and basic administration of Hampton University’s network infrastructure. This role supports daily operations of the University’s wired and wireless networks, legacy and IP-based phone systems, and related communication services under close supervision.

- Assist with the monitoring and support of the University's network infrastructure, including wired, wireless, and telecommunications systems; identify performance issues and escalate complex problems as appropriate.
