Position Description
The Mathematics Department at Texas State University seeks outstanding educators to contribute to its teaching mission by filling several lecturer positions beginning in Fall 2026. These are non-tenure track, nine-month, full-time teaching positions.

Required Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Mathematics Education or a closely related field with at least 18 graduate hours in mathematics is required. Candidates whose degree is in a closely related field must meet SACS accreditation standards to teach in a mathematics department. Previous undergraduate teaching experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related area is preferred.
