POSITION**
The University of Maryland, Baltimore, Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide senior-level leadership for clinical training operations within the Maryland Abortion and Reproductive Clinical Health (MARCH) Program. This position will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of clinical curriculum, simulation-based education, trainee clinical experiences, and training site readiness to support a statewide training program. Responsibilities will include overseeing clinical simulation activities, supporting trainee-to-site matching, monitoring training quality and outcomes, providing guidance to clinical training sites, and serving as the primary clinical escalation point for site-based issues.

- Oversees the clinical research projects or clinical trials and assigned staff to ensure compliance with study protocols and overall clinical objectives. Supports research by developing clinical research questions, conducting and participating in research projects or clinical trials, and disseminating and incorporating findings into practice.
