Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Hematology/Oncology

Position Summary:

  • Working as an inpatient team member within the Oncology Service at Boston Children's Hospital to provide care for inpatient pediatric patients and families.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and quality family centered care and clinical oversight in a fast paced, collaborative environment with multiple opportunities for learning.
  • Working 36hrs/week; rotating days/nights and weekends

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

  • A Master's of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years NP or PA experience required. Pediatric hematology/oncology or BMT RN/NP/PA experience preferred.

License/Certification:

  • A current NP or PA license.

This role offers a competitive sign-on bonus ranging from: $5,000 to $20,000, based on your experience. (For people who have not worked at BCH in the past 2 years.)

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
