Description of Job Duties and Responsibilities
Unlocking classrooms and labs in Hardway Hall
General clerical work including maintaining front office space,
stocking supplies, and organizing spaces
Inventory and maintain office supplies and college swag
Answering frequently asked questions/inquiries from students
entering main office
General clerical work including answering the phone and
directing inquires accordingly.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Student must be in good academic and disciplinary standing (2.5
minimum cumulative GPA )
Ability to work independently
Basic technology troubleshooting
Able to maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with
others
Handle sensitive materials with confidentiality; knowledge of
FERPA
Notes to Applicant
This role has set hours of 7:30AM-9:30AM Monday-Thursday and
8:00AM-10:00AM Fridays. Total of 10 hours a week.
